These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Duolyx scheduling platform, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Duolyx LLC (“Duolyx”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Duolyx is a software-as-a-service scheduling platform. It lets users create bookable event types, sync their calendars, accept meeting bookings from third parties, and automate related notifications.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@duolyx.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans
Paid plans (currently Pro and Business) are sold as recurring subscriptions on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Trial
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial with Business-tier feature access. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account converts to the Free plan unless you have added a paid subscription.
Renewal + cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing billing@duolyx.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep paid access until then. See our Refund + Cancellation Policy for refund terms.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge for up to 21 days per Stripe’s default schedule. Your account may be downgraded to the Free plan if the payment is not recovered.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content to attendees.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
- Use the Service to promote or sell prohibited goods or services (including anything on Stripe’s Prohibited Businesses list where payments are enabled).
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (event descriptions, availability, workflow messages, etc.). You grant Duolyx a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you and to your attendees.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google Calendar, Zoom, Resend, and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes on third-party platforms.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duolyx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Duolyx’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Duolyx in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling from billing settings or emailing support@duolyx.com.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Effective” date at the top. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
